The advance amount of the tour price will not be refunded in any case if the passenger cancels the tour.
- 50% cancellation of the tour price has to be borne by the passenger if cancellation is made by them within 30 days before the commencement of the tour.
- 100% cancellation of the tour price has to be borne by the passenger if cancellation is made by them within 15 days before the commencement of the tour.
After paying the full amount, no refund will be made under certain conditions:
- Passengers are not turning up at their Respective Railway Stations/Airports on time.
- If any passenger gets down from the Train/ Bus on his own without informing our tour manager.
- After checking out of the hotel, if any passenger misses the Train/Bus for any personal reason.
